Two ways to sell us, and one of them is on this page.
Commission is 10 per cent and we publish it, because an agent should be able to work out what a file earns before sending it. Net rates we do not publish — that is the one number on this entire site we keep off it, and the reason is that your margin is your business, not your client's.
We work with the trade two ways. On commission, your client books through us and pays our published rates directly, and you earn 10 per cent of the booking value, paid monthly — we carry the payment risk. On net, you buy below the card, invoice your own client and set your own selling price; net sits around 15 per cent below list and is issued as a full rate sheet on acceptance rather than published here. Rates are held for the calendar year and repriced each January with notice. Net bookings carry price discretion — the driver does not discuss what your client paid. No joining fee, no annual charge, no volume commitment.

It comes down to who invoices the traveller.
Not to volume, and not to how important the agency is. If your client pays us, take commission. If you invoice your client, buy net. Everything else follows from that one fact.
| Commissionpublished on this page | Netrate sheet on acceptance | |
|---|---|---|
| Who the guest pays | Us, directly, at our published rates | You, at whatever you decide to charge |
| Who sets the selling price | We do — it is on our public rate card | You do, and we never see it |
| What you earn | 10% of the booking value | The difference between net and your price |
| Level | 10% of list | Around 15% below list |
| Who carries payment risk | Us | You |
| Does the guest see our price? | Yes — they are our customer too | No, and the driver will not discuss it |
| Cancellation | Commission simply reverses | You settle it with your client |
| Best for | Agents booking for named travellers | DMCs and operators building packages |
Both models cover all three services — airport transfers priced from the per-kilometre card, hourly chauffeur hire, and private tours. You can hold both: some agencies take commission on individual client bookings and buy net for contracted programmes, which is fine as long as we know which model a given file sits under before the booking is confirmed rather than after.
Ten per cent, and you can do the sums here.
The client pays our list price, which is on the public rate card, so a commission file is entirely checkable from two published numbers before you ever contact us.
| A month's bookings | Your client pays | Rate | You earn |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 × Arlanda–StockholmEconomy transfer, 695 each | 6 950 | 10% | 695 |
| 25 × Arlanda–StockholmEconomy transfer, 695 each | 17 375 | 10% | 1 738 |
| 50 × Arlanda–StockholmEconomy transfer, 695 each | 34 750 | 10% | 3 475 |
| 10 transfers + 4 tour daysplus E-Class 8-hour tours, 5 560 each | 29 190 | 10% | 2 919 |
All figures in SEK. Unit prices come straight from the published cards — 695 SEK for an Economy transfer to Stockholm at 40 km, 5 560 SEK for an eight-hour E-Class tour day — so every row can be reproduced from the transfers and tours pages and a percentage. Commission accrues per booking and is paid monthly at 30 days, against your invoice or our self-billing statement, whichever your finance team prefers. Cancelled bookings reverse the commission; completed ones do not.
The one number we deliberately do not publish.
Every other price on this site is public on purpose — the per-kilometre card, the hourly card, the corporate discount tiers. Net is the single exception, and it is an exception made for you rather than for us.
Because it would show your margin
If we published net beside list, any client of yours could subtract one from the other and see exactly what you make on the transfer. Your margin is your business. So net is issued as a complete rate sheet when we accept an application — every route, every vehicle class, every tour — rather than posted where your customers can read it.
A full sheet, not a percentage
Net sits around 15 per cent below the published card, but you receive actual figures for every service, not a discount to apply yourself. A DMC pricing a package needs a number it can put in a contract and hold to — not an instruction to take fifteen per cent off something and hope the rounding matches ours.
To the end of December
Rates are held for the calendar year and repriced each January, with notice before the change. A programme contracted in March keeps its prices to year end, and a confirmed booking is never repriced. If your season straddles the year end, say so and we will confirm in writing what happens to what you have already taken.
Price discretion
On a net booking the driver knows the job, the route and the guest's name — and not what your client paid you. Confirmations to the guest carry your reference, not our price.
Your name on the board
If you prefer, the driver meets your guest with your agency's name on the board rather than ours. We do not hand out our own cards on your bookings.
Your reference throughout
Your booking reference appears on the confirmation and on the invoice line, so your file reconciles without anyone translating between two numbering systems.
One invoice a month
Consolidated, itemised by journey with guest name and your reference, at 30 days net — and as a structured e-invoice if your finance system needs one.
The paperwork that usually holds up the first booking.
Most trade relationships stall not on price but on procurement. Here is what we can send, ideally before you need it rather than while a client waits.
Licence and insurance
Swedish taxi traffic licence, motor and liability insurance certificates, organisation number and VAT registration. The documents your supplier file needs before anyone can raise a purchase order.
A data processing agreement
You pass us guest names, flight numbers and addresses, which is personal data under GDPR. We will sign a DPA covering what we do with it, how long we keep it and who else sees it. Ask at the start, not at audit.
Rates you can contract against
Net figures per service, held to 31 December, so a brochure or a contracted programme does not go stale mid-season. Confirmed bookings are never repriced, whatever happens in January.
One invoice, your references
Monthly, itemised, each line carrying the guest name and your own booking reference. Structured e-invoicing over Peppol is available if your finance system requires it.
Five lines, and usually one working day.
There is no portal to register on, no annual fee and no volume commitment. If net is the model you want, the rate sheet comes back with the terms.
Tell us who you are
Company name, registration or VAT number, the markets you sell into, roughly what volume you expect, and whether you want commission or net.
We reply with terms
Normally within one working day — with the full net rate sheet if that is the model, and the due-diligence pack if you need it for procurement.
Book by email or phone
To a named trade contact, or dispatch at any hour. We need flight or ship, times, addresses, guest name, headcount and the number of large cases.
Settle monthly
One invoice at 30 days net, or one commission statement, itemised by journey with your references against each line.
We are a small operator, and there is a size beyond which you should use someone else
Fourteen guests fit in a Sprinter and we run matched vehicles as a convoy above that — but a programme moving a hundred or more passengers at once needs weeks of notice rather than days, and beyond a certain scale you want a coach-based operator, not us. We would far rather tell you that at the enquiry than fail you on the morning, because a DMC whose ground transport collapses in Stockholm does not get a second chance with their client and neither would we. What we are genuinely good at is the Arlanda leg and the Stockholm–Uppsala corridor, done identically every time, for parties of one to fourteen. Ask us early and we will tell you honestly whether your programme is ours to do.
Terms and mechanics, answered.
Published prices are on the transfers, chauffeur hire and tours pages. These are the questions agencies ask.
