What services do you provide besides airport transfers?
Three. Private airport transfers between Stockholm Arlanda and the region, executive chauffeur service booked by the hour or the day with a driver held at your disposal, and curated private tours and day trips across Stockholm, Uppsala, the archipelago and Dalarna. The same vehicles, the same drivers and the same fixed-price approach apply to all three, so a guest who lands at Arlanda on Monday can keep the same car and the same driver for the rest of the week.
How much is a transfer from Arlanda to Stockholm city centre?
A private transfer from Stockholm Arlanda to central Stockholm starts at 895 SEK for an executive sedan carrying up to three passengers. An Economy sedan starts at 695 SEK, a first class van for up to six at 1 295 SEK, and a Sprinter minibus for up to fourteen at 1 995 SEK. The price is fixed at booking and includes VAT, motorway tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge where it applies, the Arlanda airport access charge, parking and luggage handling.
How long does the drive from Arlanda to Stockholm take?
About 35 to 45 minutes over roughly 40 km of the E4 motorway. Weekday rush hours, between 07:00 and 09:00 and again between 16:00 and 18:00, can push it toward an hour. Arlanda to Uppsala runs north instead and is shorter at 20 to 30 minutes. We plan with a sensible margin rather than promising a time we cannot control.
Which terminal will my driver meet me at?
Arlanda has three operating passenger terminals. Terminal 5 handles most long-haul and Star Alliance arrivals, Terminal 2 handles other international carriers, and Terminal 4 handles domestic flights. Terminal 3 is closed. Your confirmation names your terminal and the exact meeting point. Standard pickup is kerbside at the door number we text you once you land; meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name sign is available as a paid add-on.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number at booking and we track the arrival automatically. Your pickup moves to the actual landing time at no extra charge. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time is included from touchdown, which covers baggage reclaim and passport control including EES biometric registration. If your plans change entirely, contact dispatch as early as you can and we will rearrange.
Is a private transfer better than the Arlanda Express?
Not always, and we would rather say so. The Arlanda Express reaches Stockholm Central in about 18 minutes, which no car can match, and it is an excellent choice if you are travelling light to a hotel near Central Station. A private transfer wins when you are going door to door, carrying real luggage, travelling with children, leaving before the trains run, heading to a cruise berth, or going anywhere outside the city core. From roughly three travellers upward the car is usually also cheaper per person.
What are the paid add-ons, and what is included?
Three things are paid add-ons: meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, child seats, and travelling with a pet. Everything else in your quote is already included. Child seats — infant carriers, toddler seats and booster cushions — are available in every class, and Swedish law requires children shorter than 135 cm to use an approved restraint, so give each child’s age and height at booking. Pets travel in a closed carrier in any vehicle; assistance dogs travel free and need no carrier. Skis, golf clubs and oversized luggage carry no charge — they only change which vehicle we send, so declare them at booking or book the van directly.
Are your prices really fixed, and what is included?
The price is confirmed in writing before you travel and does not move with traffic, weather or time of day. It includes VAT at 6 percent, motorway tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge where the route crosses it, the Arlanda airport access charge, parking and luggage handling. Meet and greet and child seats are paid add-ons and are priced clearly before you confirm. A night surcharge may apply for pickups between 23:00 and 05:00 and is shown at booking.
How do I pay, and can I be invoiced?
Card online at booking, or card in the vehicle. Swish is accepted for Swedish customers. Companies and travel agencies can be set up on invoice with monthly consolidated billing and your own cost-centre references printed on each line. Cash in SEK or EUR is accepted if arranged in advance.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund. Changes to the time, the address or the vehicle are also free inside that window. For changes closer to travel, contact dispatch on WhatsApp and we will do what we can — a flight that moves is a different matter from a booking that is dropped, and we treat it that way.
Do you serve destinations outside Stockholm?
Yes. Regular long-distance runs from Arlanda include Uppsala, Västerås, Enköping, Norrtälje, Södertälje, Nyköping and Skavsta airport, Eskilstuna, Gävle and Örebro. Winter transfers to the Dalarna ski resorts and multi-day private touring across Sweden are arranged on request. Send the address and we will price the actual route.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
No. We do not operate ramp or lift-equipped vehicles, and we would rather be plain about that than have you find out at the terminal. A folding wheelchair or walking frame that stows in the boot travels in any class at no charge, and the V-Class is the easiest vehicle to transfer into thanks to its sliding doors and low floor. For a fixed-frame or powered chair, dispatch will point you to a specialist operator.
Can you handle groups larger than seven?
Yes. Beyond six passengers we move to a Sprinter minibus carrying up to 14. Above that we run a convoy — two minibuses carry 28, and a minibus with a V-Class carries 20. Conference arrivals, wedding parties and delegation programmes are coordinated into a single plan for the day with one named contact.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours is comfortable and guarantees the vehicle class you want. Same-day requests are accommodated whenever a car is free — call dispatch rather than booking online if you are inside a few hours. For early-morning departures to Arlanda, booking the evening before is the sensible habit.
