Five vehicle classes

The car you ride in matters.

The same five classes carry all three services — private airport transfers, executive chauffeur hire and curated private tours. From an efficient hybrid Economy sedan for the airport run to a Mercedes-Benz S-Class for arrivals that need to land well, with the Sprinter taking groups up to fourteen. Whichever you choose, the standard behind it does not move: licensed, insured, driven by local professionals, at a fixed price agreed before you travel.

First class van — Mercedes V-Class

Six leather captain's seats, sliding doors on both sides, a panoramic roof and a cabin quieter than the van it is built on. The default for families arriving with a winter's worth of luggage, for friend groups, and for multi-day touring where the car becomes the room you spend the day in.

Modern and maintained

Standard class and above kept under three years old and replaced on a rolling schedule. Every vehicle inspected and detailed between trips.

Licensed and insured

Swedish taxi traffic permit, comprehensive commercial passenger insurance and annual besiktning on every vehicle. Documentation available on request.

Add-ons in every class

Meet and greet, child seats and pets in a carrier are available as paid add-ons in any vehicle. Swedish law requires a child restraint under 135 cm.

Winter ready

Winter tyres fitted from 1 December to 31 March as Swedish law requires, and kept on longer when conditions north of Uppsala call for it.

Larger than fourteen

Two minibuses carry up to 28. A minibus with a V-Class carries 20. Convoys travel together with matching drivers and unified routing, which is how we handle conference arrivals landing across several flights, wedding parties and corporate retreats.

For 30 and above we can quote a full coach, though the experience shifts from private hire to group travel and we will say so.

03 — What we commit to

Standards we hold across every class.

Economy is a different commitment from First class. We would rather set that out plainly than let the word fleet do the work.

01

Modern and maintained

Standard class and above kept under three years old and replaced every 30 to 36 months. Economy is kept under five years and passes the same maintenance programme.

02

Annual besiktning

Every vehicle passes the Swedish annual inspection plus an internal 50-point safety check every six months. Brakes, tyres and electrics checked before every long-distance run.

03

Licensed and insured

Swedish taxi traffic permit from Transportstyrelsen, comprehensive third-party and passenger insurance on every vehicle. Documents provided on request.

04

Driver vetting

Every driver holds a Swedish taxiförarlegitimation, passes an annual background check, completes winter driving certification and demonstrates professional English.

05

Always-on amenities

Bottled water, air conditioning and a phone charger are standard in every class rather than upgrades. Wi-Fi is included from Standard upward.

06

Cleaned between trips

Properly cleaned rather than wiped down. Interior vacuumed, surfaces sanitised, exterior washed — which in a Swedish February means more often than you might expect.

04 — On request

Specialty options.

Arranged at booking rather than on the day. The more notice we have, the more certain the answer is.

i.

Travelling with a pet

Pets travel in a closed carrier, in any vehicle class, as a paid add-on. Tell us the size of the carrier at booking so we can size the vehicle around it — a large carrier plus luggage usually means the V-Class rather than a sedan. Assistance dogs are carried without charge.

Paid add-on · Carrier required · Declare at booking

ii.

Ski, golf and oversized luggage

Skis, snowboards, golf clubs, instrument cases and pushchairs travel at no extra charge. What they change is which vehicle we send, so tell us at booking or book the van or minibus directly. A sedan takes three cases and no more — the decision is made before the day rather than at the kerb.

No extra charge · Declare at booking or book the van

iii.

Child seats and family setups

Infant carriers from birth, toddler seats and booster cushions are available in every class. Swedish law requires an approved restraint under 135 cm. For three or more children we usually suggest the V-Class for the space and the easier loading.

Paid add-on · Give ages and heights at booking

05 — Emissions

Honest about where we are.

Most of our Standard and First class vehicles run Euro 6d diesel or plug-in hybrid Mercedes engines. That is the cleanest combustion technology available, and it is not zero emission. Economy is where hybrid is already the default, which makes it our cleanest tier today.

Sweden is an easier place to electrify than most. The charging network along the E4 corridor is dense, Stockholm's low-emission zone is tightening, and the airport run is short enough that range is not the constraint it is elsewhere. So we are moving the Arlanda transfers and city chauffeur work to Mercedes EQE and EQV first, and keeping combustion where the long runs to Dalarna and Norrland still need it.

2025 · First EQE sedans

Electric available on request for Arlanda to Stockholm transfers.

2026 · EQ series plus hybrid Economy

Two EQE sedans, two EQV vans, and hybrid as standard across the Economy tier.

2027 · 40 percent electric

City and short-distance work fully electric. Regional tours remain hybrid.

2028 · 60 percent electric

Electric Sprinters added as the charging network for larger vehicles matures.

2030 · Full electric where viable

Long-haul northern routes pending charging coverage above Gävle.

06 — Fleet questions

Before you book.

Questions about the vehicles themselves. For booking, pricing and pickup questions, see the main FAQ.

What is the difference between Economy and Standard?
Economy is a modern compact or hybrid sedan — a Toyota Prius, Skoda Octavia or similar. Fully insured, professionally driven, clean and comfortable, and the right choice for an airport run under 45 minutes. Hybrid is standard, so it is also our cleanest tier. Standard is an executive Mercedes E-Class or equivalent, with leather, a quieter cabin, Wi-Fi included and a materially better ride on a longer drive. It costs roughly 200 SEK more on the Stockholm route. If you are unsure: Economy for airport to hotel, Standard for anything longer or where the arrival matters.
How old are the vehicles?
Standard class and above are capped at three years and replaced roughly every 30 to 36 months, so the average age in that tier sits near 18 months. Economy is capped at five years, a longer lifecycle that reflects the lower price, though those vehicles pass the same maintenance and inspection programme. The three-year cap at the executive tier is stricter than the Swedish private hire market generally runs, and we would rather be plain that Economy is a different commitment than pretend the whole fleet is identical.
Can I request a specific vehicle or driver?
Vehicle class requests are always honoured — that is what you choose at booking. A specific vehicle we cannot guarantee because of maintenance rotation, though we will try. Specific drivers yes, on request, and particularly worth asking for on multi-day work where the relationship matters. Once you have travelled with someone on our team you can ask for them again. For a first booking we match the driver to the journey on language, route familiarity and what you have told us about the trip.
How much luggage does each class actually take?
A practical guide rather than a brochure figure. Economy, Standard and First class take three large suitcases of about 75 cm plus two cabin bags — comfortable for two adults with full luggage, tight for three. First class van takes six large cases plus cabin bags. Minibus takes fourteen and is genuinely generous. Skis, snowboards, golf clubs, pushchairs and instrument cases should be declared at booking so we can size the vehicle rather than discover the problem at the kerb.
Are the vehicles equipped for Swedish winter?
Yes. Winter tyres are fitted across the fleet from 1 December to 31 March as Swedish law requires, and we keep them on longer when conditions justify it, particularly for runs north of Uppsala. Every vehicle carries a scraper and brush, and our drivers hold winter driving certification. In heavy snow we build extra time into the pickup rather than making it up on the E4.
Do you offer electric or hybrid vehicles?
Hybrid is standard in Economy, which makes it our cleanest tier by default. Standard and the first class van also have plug-in hybrid Mercedes options on request. For pure electric we run Mercedes EQ-series vehicles, available primarily for Arlanda transfers and city chauffeur work where range is not a constraint. For long runs into Dalarna or north toward Gävle we still recommend hybrid or diesel, because the charging network up there is not yet dense enough to promise otherwise.
Can I bring skis, golf clubs or oversized luggage?
Yes, and at no extra charge. What oversized items change is which vehicle we send. Skis, snowboards, golf bags, instrument cases and pushchairs all need declaring at booking, or you can simply book the first class van or minibus directly. A sedan takes three large cases and no more, so a family arriving with skis in a Standard booking is a problem we would rather solve a week early than at the kerb.
Can I travel with a pet?
Yes, as a paid add-on, and the pet must travel in a closed carrier. Any vehicle class can take one, but the carrier counts against your luggage — a large carrier plus three suitcases means the V-Class rather than a sedan, so tell us the carrier size at booking. Assistance dogs travel at no charge and do not need a carrier. Please declare them anyway so the driver knows before the day.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
No — we do not operate ramp or lift-equipped vehicles, and we would rather say that plainly than have you discover it at the terminal. A folding wheelchair or walking frame that stows in the boot is carried in any class at no charge, and the V-Class is the easiest vehicle to transfer into thanks to the sliding doors and low floor. For a fixed-frame or powered chair you need a specialist operator, and dispatch will point you to one on request.
What if our group is larger than fourteen?
We run a synchronised convoy. Two Sprinters carry up to 28; a Sprinter with a V-Class carries 20. Vehicles travel together with matching drivers and one routing plan, which is how conference arrivals spread across several flights, wedding parties and corporate retreats are usually handled. For 30 and above we can quote a full coach, though at that point the experience shifts from private hire to group travel.
