Can I combine services in one booking?
Yes, and it is the most common thing we do for visitors staying more than two nights. A typical week is an airport transfer in, a full day of chauffeur hire midweek, a private day trip at the weekend and a transfer back to Arlanda. One booking reference, one invoice, and where you want it, the same driver throughout so you are not re-explaining the trip each time.
Is chauffeur hire cheaper than booking several transfers?
Usually, past three stops. Three separate transfers across a Stockholm day come to roughly 2,000–2,600 SEK; a four-hour chauffeur booking is 3,980 SEK but the car waits, your luggage stays aboard and the timings can move. For two fixed journeys, book two transfers. For a day with three or more stops or times you cannot pin down, hourly hire is both cheaper and less stressful. Tell us the day and we will do the arithmetic for you.
Do you provide guides on the private tours?
Our drivers are licensed professional drivers with strong local knowledge, not certified guides — they will tell you what you are looking at, where to eat and when the coaches arrive, and that is enough for most guests. For a certified guide with formal historical training, particularly at Drottningholm or Gamla Uppsala, we arrange one on request for an additional fee. We would rather set that distinction out plainly than let the word tour imply something it does not.
Can you build a tour around a long layover at Arlanda?
Yes, and Sigtuna is the answer most of the time — Sweden's oldest town, fourteen kilometres from the terminal, with rune stones still standing in the fields. A five-hour layover comfortably allows it. With six hours or more, central Stockholm or Uppsala both work. We build the itinerary backwards from your onward departure and keep a firm return time, since the point is to catch the connection.
How far in advance should I book?
Transfers: 24 hours is comfortable and guarantees the vehicle class. Chauffeur hire: 48 hours, more in June and during conference weeks. Private tours: a week where you can, since the driver is committed for the whole day. Same-day requests are taken whenever a car is free — call dispatch rather than booking online if you are inside a few hours.
Do you operate outside Stockholm and Uppsala?
Yes. Regular long-distance work runs to Västerås, Enköping, Norrtälje, Södertälje, Nyköping and Skavsta, Eskilstuna, Gävle and Örebro. Winter transfers to the Dalarna ski resorts and multi-day private touring across Sweden are arranged on request. Beyond roughly 200 km we quote the actual route rather than working from a table.
What if my plans change while I am in Sweden?
Contact dispatch on WhatsApp at +46 72 786 06 89. Free changes and cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside that window we will do what we can, and we treat a flight that moved differently from a booking that was dropped. On chauffeur and tour bookings the driver is usually able to absorb a change on the day, because holding time is the service you already paid for.
