We will tell you when the bus is a better idea.
There is a version of this page that lists awards and calls itself passionate. Here is the useful version instead. We are a Stockholm transfer operator that was already driving before this name existed — same vehicles, same drivers, same licence. What is new is that the pricing is published on a page you can check before you ring, and that every route page names the cheaper way of doing the journey where one exists. On several of our own routes, it does.
We are a licensed private transfer operator working Arlanda, Stockholm, Uppsala and the Mälardalen — airport transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, private tours, corporate accounts and group movements. The name is newer than the business. Every fare comes off one published rate card, is fixed in writing before you travel, and includes tolls, the congestion charge, the Arlanda access charge, parking, waiting and luggage. Where a bus, a train or a flight is genuinely the better answer for your journey, the relevant page says so and tells you what it costs. That policy loses us bookings, on purpose.

The name is new. The driving is not.
Every business with a new website faces the same temptation, which is to imply a longer history than the domain has. We would rather explain the actual arrangement.
What was already here
A working Stockholm transfer operation carrying passengers under a different name, with the same vehicles, the same drivers and the same permit as the ones behind this site. That did not start when the domain was registered.
What actually changed
The pricing. It went from a figure you had to ring and ask for to a rate card published on a page, with the arithmetic shown, so a stranger can check a quote before paying it.
Why bother
Because most people arriving at Arlanda have no way to tell a fair price from a bad one. Publishing the formula is the only fix we could think of that does not require you to trust us first.
What we will not claim
A track record under this name that it has not had, a fleet size we cannot show you, or an award nobody gave us. The company details are further down, in full, for you to check.
Every route page names the cheaper way to do it.
This is the thing about the business that most needs explaining, because on the face of it a transfer company should not be advertising the competition's bus timetable.
| If you are going to | We charge | And we tell you about | Which is better when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sigtuna | 445 SEK | An SL bus from the terminals for 43 SEK, dodging the Arlanda passage fee entirely | One or two of you, travelling light, in daylight |
| Solna | 620 SEK | The airport coach stopping at Järva krog, Frösunda and Haga Norra from 99 SEK | Your address is near one of those three stops |
| Uppsala | 695 SEK | A train that takes 18 minutes from the airport's own station | Almost always, unless you are three or more |
| Stockholm | 695 SEK | The Arlanda Express, 18 minutes for 340 SEK a head | One or two people, light luggage, the middle of the day |
| A cruise quay | 750 SEK | That Skeppsbron is walkable from parts of Gamla stan | You are staying in the old town with a small bag |
| Sälen or Åre | Quoted | Their own airports, and the night train from Stockholm Central | Essentially always — it is 410 km and 600 km |
You will find out either way — before you book, from us, or afterwards, at your own expense. Only one of those leaves you willing to ring us again.
The arithmetic that makes this survivable is simple: public transport is priced per person and a car is priced per car, so there is always a headcount at which they swap places. For most of these routes it is three. Add checked luggage, an address away from a station, a night arrival, or a deadline like a sailing that will not wait, and the car wins sooner. We would rather have the bookings where we are genuinely the right answer than the ones where somebody paid 695 SEK to discover a train existed. The Journal exists for the same reason.
A platform has an interface. It has never driven the road.
Rather than claim local knowledge, here is some. Every one of these has changed a real booking, and none of it is on the aggregator that resold your journey.
Arlanda is inside Sigtuna Municipality
So the oldest town in Sweden is fifteen minutes from your gate, and passengers landing at Arlanda are already in the kommun. It also means the whole of Band A falls under our 445 SEK minimum fare rather than a distance calculation — the arithmetic drops through the floor.
Kista has no commuter rail station
The metro's blue line runs outward from the centre, so the public transport route from Arlanda goes south into Stockholm and then back north — roughly an hour to travel 30 km. It is the one route we serve where the train actively travels away from where you are going.
Järva krog between 15:30 and 18:00
The E4 backs up there on weekday afternoons and it adds fifteen to twenty minutes to anything heading into Solna or the city. We build it into the pickup rather than discovering it. The same applies to quayside access on a cruise morning, which is a different kind of slow.
The de-icing queue
In winter it is the departure delay no airline schedule shows. We add margin for it instead of trimming to the published check-in time.
Six hours of daylight
Around the solstice Stockholm is light from about 08:45 to 14:50. A fifteen-minute walk from a station is a different proposition in January.
Names change
It is Strawberry Arena, not Friends, and Ericsson has left Kista for Hagastaden. Getting a landmark's name wrong is how a driver ends up at the wrong door.
Aggregators invent things
One confidently lists an airport coach to Kista that has never existed, and reported the Arlanda–Frihamnen drive as 511 km. We check operators' own sites.
We are not a neutral source about ourselves, and you should read this page accordingly
Everything above is written by the company it describes, which is a reason to check it rather than believe it. So: the rate card and the arithmetic are on the transfers page, where you can reproduce any quote we send. The company registration and permit details are below, where you can look them up against the public registers. The alternatives we recommend are all published by operators with no interest in flattering us — SL, Flygbussarna, Arlanda Express, SJ. If any figure on this site turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it or take it down. That offer is the only part of an About page that means anything.
Things we will not do, written down.
Promises about what a company will do are cheap. A list of what it refuses to do is at least falsifiable, and you can hold us to every line.
Change the price after you book
The figure is fixed in writing before you travel. It does not move for traffic, for the hour, or because it turned out to be a busy Saturday.
Take money in the car
The fare is settled before you travel. A driver asking for payment at the kerb is a serious problem we want to hear about.
Approach you in a terminal
Your driver waits with a name board at the meeting point. Anyone soliciting you inside the hall is not from us, whatever they say.
Quote what we cannot show
If we cannot derive a number from the published card, we quote it individually and explain it — rather than inventing a figure and defending it later.
That third line is not hypothetical. The Swedish Consumer Agency reported in May 2026 that complaints about unreasonably high taxi fares had more than doubled between 2024 and 2025, with the average complaint concerning a fare about 1 410 SEK higher than the passenger expected — and it named Arlanda specifically, alongside railway stations, for unsolicited approaches and unlicensed operators. Swedish taxi pricing is deregulated and has no legal ceiling, so the protection is disclosure rather than regulation. We wrote the whole thing up, including how to read the yellow price sticker in the ten seconds before you open a door.
Everything you would need to check us.
Registration, permit and insurance details, so you can verify them against the public registers rather than take a paragraph's word for it.

Every driver carrying our passengers holds a taxiförarlegitimation, and every vehicle operates under a valid taxitrafiktillstånd with current traffic insurance. When our own cars are committed we use partner operators vetted to the same standard — permit, insurance, F-skatt and driver licence checked, and a vehicle seen and a driver met before any passenger travels. In that case we tell you the car is provided by a partner and give you the driver's name and the vehicle; we do not dress a subcontracted car up as our own. Operators who want to join that network can apply here.
The ones people actually ask.
Questions about a specific route or price live on that route's page. These are about the company.
Are you a new company?
Why do your pages tell me to take the bus?
What makes a local operator different from a booking platform?
How is the price worked out?
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Who is actually driving?
Why does the website explain so much?
What will you not do?
Send the flight number. We will send the price.
One published rate card, the arithmetic shown, the figure fixed in writing before you travel. And if the train is the better answer for your journey, we will tell you that instead.
